Get in touch/Your order & deliveries

For any questions about a current order you have with us or any delivery queries, please fill in and submit our contact form and we aim to get back to you within 5 working days. Please include your name and order number in the message.

We ask that you kindly do not contact us about an order that has not been posted within 10 working days. Margaux Studios is a sustainable made-to-order business and each piece is handcrafted in London. This means we may take 10-15 working days to produce your order, please refer to the T&Cs for more details. We thank you for your patience and hope you love your Jewellery.

Please note that we always provide a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery. We will therefore ignore any messages regarding the tracking of a parcel within the quoted delivery time.
